Violating any of these rules will result in termination of the reservation with no refund and potentially additional fees for cleaning/damage.
Although we allow birthdays, weddings, family reunions, church groups, retreats, and similar events, our cabin is still in a family friendly resort/HOA with a STRICT noise policy. So this is NOT the right cabin for loud or late night parties. If there is excessive noise or nuisance, the police will be called and the reservation will be canceled immediately. No refunds will be given.
