★BEDROOMS★
Every bedroom in “Black Diamond” is stylish and uniquely decorated with your comfort in mind. Rest assured that you’ll get a good night’s sleep after a busy day of exploring the local attractions. A total of 3 king beds and 1 bunk bed (full over full mattress) are provided for your comfort, giving you the maximum flexibility in sleeping arrangements to suit your family’s needs.
On the main floor, you’ll find one master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Head upstairs and you’ll find a game room with a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for sleeping up to 4 kids. Adjacent to the game room is another master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the lower floor/basement, adjacent to the movie lounge, you will find another king bed and bathroom with shower/tub.
★BATHROOMS★
There are 4 full bathrooms, so there’ll be no family arguments over whose turn it is! All of the bathrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and essential toiletries for your convenience.
Three of the bathrooms have a walk-in shower. The bathroom in the basement offers a shower and bathtub combo, so you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower!
★KITCHEN & DINING AREA★
The main floor is home to an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room, ensuring your family can spend lots of quality time together, no matter what you’re doing.
The sleek kitchen features brand new, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you need to whip up and serve some amazing gourmet meals. Lots of consideration has been given to even the smallest of details; along with the usual equipment, you’ll also find a crockpot, coffee bar, and waffle maker for your cooking needs!
When you’re ready to enjoy a meal, you’ll be able to make use of the stylish wooden dining table, fancy gold silverware, and elegant glassware. Perfect for those special occasions and holidays! There’s plenty of space at the table for 8-10 people, plus additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island.
★LIVING ROOM, GAME ROOM, & MOVIE LOUNGE★
After dinner, spend the evenings curled up on the large stylish couch, flip the switch on the indoor fireplace, and enjoy a favorite family movie on the Roku TV.
Head upstairs to the upper level and discover the amazing game room. Competitive spirits will go into overdrive with foosball, air hockey, and the arcade game (for 2 people). If you prefer things a little more traditional, you’ll find plenty of board games for the whole family to enjoy.
Head downstairs to the movie lounge, where your whole group can spread out and relax on the large plush couch while enjoying your favorite shows on the large 75" Roku TV.
★INDOOR POOL & HOT TUB★
Downstairs, you will find a refreshing, heated indoor pool with a couple Adirondack chairs for lounging. Cool off and chill in the pool, float on the flamingo floatie, or toss the beach ball around with friends & family. From the pool room, head outside onto the rear deck and jump into the bubbling hot tub which fits 6 people. Just sit back & relax while enjoying a glass or two of your favorite beverage.
★OUTDOOR SPACE & RESORT★
A private deck is waiting for you at the rear of the cabin, complete with a table for six. Grill up your favorite meal on the easy to use electric BBQ grill, and you’ll be able to enjoy great company and a delicious meal as the sun sets over the mountains, come rain or shine.
The “Black Diamond” retreat is located in the heart of the family-friendly Sequoia Resort and is the perfect place for exploring the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, and beyond!

* Wildlife, including bears, inhabit the area. Please maintain a safe distance from wildlife, do not feed them, and do not leave food in vehicles.
Neighborhood overviewBlack Diamond is located in Sequoia Heights, a new cabin community that is currently under construction. It is centrally located off the parkway in Pigeon Forge near Dollywood, The Island, several waterparks, amazing restaurants, and of course the majestic Smoky Mountains.
Getting aroundThere are 2 parking spots in our driveway. You will need a car to get around, but there is also Uber and Lyft as well.
